Constitutional Review
Cabinet appointed a Constitutional Review Commission on June 30, 2022. The Commission is considering the aspirations and changes the people of the Virgin Islands wish to see in the next Constitution.
Audit & Investigations
The Commission of Inquiry Report called for several audits to be undertaken. As a result an amendment was made to the Audit Act, No. 13 of 2003.
Assistance Grants
The Government of the Virgin Islands continues to ensure that Assistance Grants promote equity, transparency and accountability.
Statutory Boards
Ministries across the Government of the Virgin Islands have commenced implementation of the 'Protocol for the Appointment and Removal of Statutory Board Members'.
