This report highlights the contracts issued to Members of the House of Assembly by Government Departments and Statutory Bodies during the period January 2019 thru December 2021.

Independent investigation on Commission of Inquiry Recommendation B24.

Review of statutory boards within the context of COI Recommendation B25, and this is notwithstanding the several other recommendations for reviews of statutory boards for various reasons.

To conduct a fair and impartial investigation into the appointments to statutory boards that have been made since 2019, in order to determine whether any such appointments should be revoked in order to enable appointments that are made through a more open and transparent system of appointments.

Independent review of the discretionary powers held by elected public officials with a view to advising whether the discretionary powers should be removed where they are unnecessary or where they are considered necessary to ensuring that they are exercised in accordance with clearly expressed and published guidelines.
