A review of the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1880 in the light of this COI and the processes it has adopted as well as modern practices adopted in other Common Law jurisdictions, with a remit to make recommendations designed to improve the conduct of Commissions of Inquiry in the BVI.

    Cabinet appoints a suitable reviewer to review the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1880 with a remit to make recommendations designed to improve the conduct of Commissions of Inquiry in the Virgin Islands and bring the Act into line with modern practices adopted by other Common Law jurisdictions. Appointment subject to joint agreement by the Premier and Governor.
